- We believe in hard work & fair pay. You won't see us bullying contractors in into criminally-low pay & then driving off in exotic sports cars like those guys on TV. We don't drive fancy cars -- you'll see.
- We're just local folks working to provide value to our community, and earn a living for our families in the process. And we understand that you are too.
We work mainly in Philadelphia, Delco, Montco, Chester County, and the other counties surrounding Philadelphia. We also work with a network of other investors
(also good people) in the region -- if you're a little far away from us, we can point you to someone closer by that can help you.

Mike is licensed contractor & lifelong Philadelphia-area resident. He runs a successful home renovation business, and works as a Project Manager for a large local construction firm. He is also an active part of the thriving Philadelphia theatre community, as a highly sought-after Fight Choreographer.

Mark has lived in Delaware County for over 20 years. A former Army Officer & Gulf War veteran, he moved here from Ft. Bragg, where he found himself in the position of "motivated seller". He found that the real estate investors that he contacted were only interested in squeezing as much money out of him as possible, not interested at all in finding a solution that worked for everyone. That experience led him to determine that there must be a better way; that is possible for real estate investors to actually help people.
